Insurance & Billing
Villa Medical Arts accepts most major insurance plans; please call our office to verify if your plan has a contract with Villa Medical Arts and your physician.
We ask that patients notify the office with any changes in name, address, telephone or insurance coverage so that we can keep medical records current and avoid delays in billing and reimbursement.
If you are covered under commercial insurance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, HMO/PPO or Workman’s Compensation, we will prepare and submit a claim to your insurance carrier. Please furnish your health insurance identification card at the time of service. You are expected to pay the co-pay at the time of service and will be billed for any deductibles or non covered services that your insurance does not cover.
We accept Medicare assignment for all our Medicare patients. Please furnish us with a valid Medicare card and we will prepare and submit a claim to Medicare. You are expected to pay deductibles and co-payments that Medicare does not cover. If you are covered under a supplemental insurance plan, please furnish us with your health insurance identification card and we will bill your secondary insurance.
If billing is required, our statements are sent monthly. For any questions regarding your insurance or billing, please call our business office.
