Please call our office any time if you have questions or concerns about your health. If you are not sure of the nature of your problem, do not hesitate to call. We can be reached during normal business hours at the above phone number. Our receptionist will answer your call and route it to the person who can best help you.

To make or change an appointment, please contact our receptionist. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, kindly give us a 24-hour notice.

If you need urgent attention after office hours, or during weekends or holidays, call our direct office telephone number at (630) 832-9000 and you will be connected with the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Answering Service, and they will put you in contact with your personal physician or the doctor on call.

If you need to renew a prescription, please call your pharmacy and ask them to ePrescribe us. Sometimes, prescription requests appear simple, but actually require an examination or new instruction. We discourage refills after hours or over the weekend since we do not have access to your medical records at those times.
